Thank you for this one. I always look forward to anything conducted by Rene Leibowitz. I wonder who the orchestra really is?

The first issues of those recordings were all attributed to the "Orchestre symphonique des concerts de Paris".
Some reissues have been credited to the "Orchestre de la Société des concerts du Conservatoire de Paris".
It is well known that the editorial staff of RD were often playing game in crediting the artists taking part in their recording sessions. They even created a fake conductor: Eric Hammerstein. This man will never die as he was never born!
To conclude, it is highly probable that the real orchestra was the "Orchestre de la Société des concerts du Conservatoire de Paris", later to become the “Orchestre de Paris”

Am I the only one who doesn't seem to be able to download this cd? It's fine till about 30 mb and then it just stops?
